“Why does love have so many rules? People will say that love isn’t jealous or insecure or selfish or whatever, and that if yours possesses one of these qualities then it isn’t real. Who are they to tell you your love isn’t real or that you’re not loving somebody the right way? They don’t know what you’ve been through or the kind of person you are. The way I see it, everyone loves differently. What it all boils down to is this: do you want to spend the rest of your life with that person? Because to me, love is just knowing you can wake up next to them every day and be happy. If you can, then all these definitions and rules that people try to give love don’t matter. You have love. Hold on to it.”

just caught angus, thongs and perfect snogging..for the second time.
cause i dont remember the first time at all.
and it makes me miss the days of courtship, the days of butterflies in my stomach when a certain someone walks by,
the days where wondering whether or not the person you like likes you back occupied most of your curriculum.
yes i miss those days,
which was why i took so long to get a boyfriend.
i was more in love with being in love than to actually get involved with someone.
it was the thrill of speculation,
the adrenaline rush caused by a singular character.
when imagination could take you where you wanted, and that itself was exciting enough.
yes,i miss those days.
but i love the 'after happily ever after' times more.
=)
